Description:

The BEA LZR®-I100 is a sensor for monitoring the closing plane of the door and is certified as a type E device with presence detection according to the EN12453 certification. The sensor functions on time-of-flight technology which enables precise recognition of even the smallest object. The LZR generates laser beams in 4 detection planes to monitor both the closing plane of the door and the area in front it. BEA designed the LZR I100 for industrial environments and can also ensure larger industrial doors are secured thanks to its detection field of up to 9.9m x 9.9m. Together with the BEA LZR laser scanner protective cover, the set is ideally suited for first installations or for retrofitting on existing barrier systems. The scanner is secured in the protective cover and can be easily installed.

Details of the protective cover for the BEA LZR laser scanner:
The protective cover for the BEA LZR Laser scanner was developed as an accessory for the BEA LZR sensor range. The protective cover is made of a 2.5mm-thick Aluminium sheet and is used protect the sensor and to make the installation inconspicuous. Thanks to its Aluminum protective cover, the scanner can fit in with similar installation environments. Covers coated in several RAL colours are also available upon request to fit in with any environment. The protective cover can be mounted either on the appropriate mounting holes on masonry, barrier housing, etc... or with the help of a mounting bracket, sold separately. The LZR Sensor does not come with the cover and must be ordered separately.
