Does doorautomation24 also sell to private individuals? 

No, our offer is exclusively for companies. 

Can I order without a customer account? 

Since our offer at doorautomation24 is aimed exclusively at companies, you need an account to order. After you have registered in our shop, we check your details and then release your customer account as soon as possible. 

I can not find my desired item in the online shop?

How can I change an order? 

To change your current or still open order, please contact our office at +49 (0) 228 299 77 95 - 0. Unfortunately, a change via the online shop is not possible, as we process all orders immediately, to guarantee the fastest possible delivery. 

How can I cancel an order?

How do I know the status of my order? 

The status of your order can be checked in our online shop user center, by clicking Open Orders. Simply log in with your username and password. 


How can I pay for my orders? 

We accept various common payment options, including payment by credit card, direct debit, etc. During the ordering process, we show you the possible payment methods for your order and you can choose from these options yourself. 

Which payment options do I have as a new customer? 

You can find a list of all accepted payment optipns under Payment and dispatch.

Is payment by invoice possible?

How long is the delivery time? 

Items on stock are usually shipped within one business day. If we receive your order before 10:00 am, the items usually go out on the same business day. For items that we do not have in stock, we show you the usual delivery time in our shop.

Is an express delivery possible? 

Yes, we can also send items by express delivery. Simply select the shipping method "Express" during the checkout process. Orders that we receive before 10:00 am usually leave our warehouse on the same business day and are usually delivered the following working day. Of course, we try our best to also send express orders received after 10:00 am on the same day. 

How much does the delivery cost? 

The shipping costs depend on the desired country, the exact location and the shipping method. More detailed information is available in the online shop at delivery cost 

Does doorautomation24 also deliver outside of the European Union? 

Of course, we also deliver goods outside of the EU.

How do I get a new password? 

If you have forgotten your password, you can easily request a new password for your existing customer account by using the registered email address. Go to "Forgot password" and enter the registered email address. Please change the password on your first login thereafter. 

How do I change my password? 

You can easily change your password in the user center. Log in to the online shop and select “change personal data” in the menu item USER PROFILE. Just enter your new password, repeat it once and save this change. Your new password is active immediately. 

What do I do if I have forgotten my access data? 

Have you forgotten your registered email address and password for the doorautomation24-Onlineshop? No problem, we are happy to help! Simply contact us by email at info@torautomation24.de and you will receive new login information to access your existing customer account.
