The D+H FD-T 271 is a thermal differential detector designed for reliable temperature monitoring in smoke and heat extraction systems (RWA). It operates on the thermal differential principle and detects both rapid temperature rises and when defined temperature thresholds are reached. This makes it particularly suitable for areas where optical smoke detectors cannot be used optimally due to dust, steam or other environmental conditions.
The detector features automatic self-monitoring, which continuously checks its function and operating status. An integrated red LED reliably indicates the alarm status. Installation is quick and straightforward using the detector base supplied.
The FD-T 271 meets the requirements of EN 54-5 A1R and has VdS approval. This makes it ideal for use in D+H smoke and heat extraction systems.
