Description:
The MILAN from BEA is an active infrared sensor with background analysis. It improves the protection of the door, by avoiding a collision between vehicles and the door leaf. Its adjustable detection field enables precise definition of the monitored area: 40 active infrared spots covering up to 3 m × 3 m* in front of the door.
Properties:
• Optimised door protection by reducing the risk of collision and strengthening the protection of pedestrians and vehicles.
• Adjustable detection field which can detect even minimally sized objects and 2 separate outputs for presence or motion detection.
• Immune to door vibrations and sources of ambient noise.
• IP65, robust housing and installation up to 6m height (depending upon the size and nature of the objects detected).
