The automation set Novoferm Tormatic with BEA Condor and accessories for industrial sectional doors (i.e., factories, warehouses, logistics centres, etc.) contains all the components necessary to automate the opening and closing of doors. The set contains:
The Novoferm Tormatic NovoCon T100 DES door control with connecting cable and CEE plug
- door control for drives with digital limit switch (DES).
- Protection class IP54
- Integrated 3-way button: OPEN-STOP-CLOSE and a 'half-open' button
- two independently programmable relay contacts used for traffic lights, ramp releases, etc.
- Operating modes: constant pressure to close mode or self-hold
- Programmable automatic timer to close
Sectional door drive Novoferm Tormatic Novoshaft 9.24 SK with an output torque of 90Nm and an output speed of 24 rpm
- Drive for counterbalanced sectional doors
- Usually installed on the door shaft
- With digital limit switch DES, no need to reset the parameters following a power failure
- Emergency manual override with rapid hand chain operator
- Max. door weight 4000N
- Supply voltage 3~230V/400V
Also included as accessories are a 5m-long connection cable to connect the drive and the control unit, as well as a torque support to mount the drive to the door.
