Description:

The SOMweb Smarthome-Module from Sommer enables the control of Sommer garage door operator from a smartphone app or a web browser. The data is secure, as will not be saved on external servers.
The SOMweb supports voice control with Siri and Google Assistant. Additionally, the SOMweb can also be controlled with Amazon Alexa via IFTTT.
Please note: The SOMweb smart home solution can only be operated with light barriers.
Apple HomeKit:
The HomeKit Technology enables the use of the Apple Home App. This allows you to create events that combine different devices. For example, the lights in the hallway can be switched on automatically when you open the garage in the evening or query the status of your door with the Siri voice control.

- For the controls, iOS 11.0 or higher is recommended
Google Assistant:
Control your drive with voice commands with Google Home or Google Assistant. Open and close your door with your voice or ask about your door’s status with the Google voice control.
Amazon Alexa enabled by IFTTT:
Create your own events with the IFTTT platform. With this, you can for example, set a command so that your garage will automatically OPEN or CLOSE when you are within a certain distance of the garage (also called geofencing).
