Description:
The Bircher SolidSense is a safety sensor for automatic swing doors with reliable closing edge protection in accordance with EN 16005. The set consists of two sensors (left and right) for mounting on both sides of the door leaf.
SolidSense offers complete protection of the entire door leaf, including the main and secondary closing edges, and reliably minimises the risk of crushing, shearing and impact injuries. The contactless time-of-flight technology used for detection ensures millimetre-precise detection and reliable operation. This means that the sensors are independent of floor coverings, ambient light or reflections.
Easy commissioning with automatic adjustment to the mounting height and intuitive gesture control simplifies installation and setup. The compact, flat black housing is designed for corner mounting on swing doors and complies with protection class IP65.
